What this website does

This is a showcase website presenting the artist’s works and activity. It has no contact forms, visitor accounts, newsletter, comments, analytics or advertising.

Data processed

Browsing data. The servers hosting the website automatically record some technical data about visits (IP address, date and time, page requested, browser type and operating system). This data is used only to run the website and keep it secure, is not used to identify visitors, and is kept only for as long as strictly necessary under the hosting provider’s policies, unless needed to investigate crimes.

Data you send voluntarily. If you write to the email address shown on the website, your address and the information in your message are used only to reply to you and handle your request, and are kept only for as long as needed for that purpose.

Legal basis

Browsing data is processed on the basis of the controller’s legitimate interest in ensuring the website works and is secure (Art. 6(1)(f) of EU Regulation 2016/679, GDPR). Data sent by email is processed in order to respond to your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Cookies

The website uses only technical cookies, which are necessary for it to work. It does not use profiling or analytics cookies, either its own or third-party. Technical cookies do not require consent. Details are in the cookie policy.

Fonts are loaded directly from the website’s own server: no data is sent to external services such as Google Fonts.

Links to external websites

The website contains a link to the artist’s Instagram profile and links to articles published on other websites. These are plain links: no content from these services is loaded until you open them. Once opened, the privacy policies of their respective operators apply.

Hosting and data recipients

The website is hosted by Register.it S.p.A., which acts as data processor for hosting services only, on servers located in the European Union. Data is not disclosed or passed on to third parties and is not transferred outside the European Union.

Your rights

You may at any time request access to your data, its correction or deletion, or restriction of processing, or object to processing, by writing to info@eugeniak.com (Arts. 15-22 GDPR). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority, Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (www.garanteprivacy.it).
